A veteran of the Whistler real estate market, I have been assisting my clients with their real estate needs since moving to the resort in 1997. With Wendy and our two daughters, we moved from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong to the rather more laid back mountain life in beautiful British Columbia. We've all appreciated the experience of growing up in a small, diverse, and welcoming community.
I've enjoyed a successful real estate career since obtaining my BC license in 1989. Prior to moving to Whistler, I was working in commercial real estate, spending many years with the Vancouver and Hong Kong offices of Colliers International. Prior to that, I was a Detective Inspector with The Royal Hong Police and then spent a couple of years in various parts of Asia as a private investigator…. interesting times!
I think I'm the most travelled real estate professional in Whistler - been around the world a few times! I have a vast amount of resort real experience on the international stage, having worked on a contract basis on projects in Colorado, China, The Turks and Caicos Islands, Mauritius and The Philippines. In 2019 I was appointed as the in-house real estate consultant by the developer of Secret Garden, host mountain resort for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
